We want you to feel good with your Lizul jewelry. If something doesn’t feel right, you can return your order within the legal return period.

Returns & refunds

Return period

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to send items back.

Condition of items
  • Items must be unworn, undamaged and clean.
  • Please send them back in their original packaging (jewelry pouch).
  • If an item shows clear signs of wear, damage or misuse, we may not be able to accept the return.
How to start a return
  • Send us an email at lizuldesign@gmail.com with your order number and a short note that you’d like to return your item.
  • We’ll reply with the return address and the next steps.
  • Pack your bracelet securely and send it back to us.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs arepaid by the customer.
We currently do not provide prepaid return labels.

Refunds
  • As soon as we receive and check your return, we’ll process your refund.
  • The refund will be sent to your original payment method (for example PayPal or card).
  • Please allow a few business days for the refund to show in your account, depending on your payment provider.
